Common questions
How long until my order ships?
Most items are made to order. Prints usually take 3-5 business days to make, freshies 2-4 days to cure, and apparel 3-7 days. Custom colorways can take a little longer.
Can I request a custom colorway or scent?
Usually yes. Message us with what you're picturing and we'll tell you what's possible with the filament and fragrance oils we have on hand.
Do you ship outside the US?
Ask before ordering. Some fragrance items have shipping restrictions depending on the destination.
How do I care for my items?
Dust prints with a dry soft brush, keep freshies out of direct sun and off painted surfaces, and wash tees cold and inside out. Full details live on the disclosures page.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Handmade variation isn't damage, but broken is broken.
